Can employees request work from home as well as leave?
Yes. Work-from-home requests appear alongside leave requests in the approvals queue, and attendance shows who is working from home each day.
Who approves leave requests?
Requests are routed to approvers, who are notified by email. Managers can see pending requests and how long they have been waiting.
Can I set up our own leave policy?
Yes. We set up Sanvit HR with your people, projects and policies, and policy rules are then applied automatically to requests and balances.
Does attendance and leave data flow into payroll?
Yes. Attendance and leave feed payroll, so you do not re-enter anything when running the pay run.
Is attendance and leave included in the Basic plan?
