A compliance calendar instead of a reminder spreadsheet
Each month the payroll screen lists the filings that fall due, such as the TDS deposit, the PF return (ECR), the ESI contribution, professional tax and the labour welfare fund, with a due date or a status next to each one.
Because payroll runs on the same people data as attendance and leave, a late arrival, an approved leave or a work-from-home day is already reflected when the pay run is prepared.
What the Basic plan includes
Basic includes the full HRMS and payroll with statutory deductions calculated. Statutory filing (PF, ESI, PT and TDS returns) is not included in Basic. If you need filing handled, ask about higher plans during your demo.

Does Sanvit HR file PF, ESI, PT and TDS returns for me?
Not on the Basic plan. Basic calculates the deductions and tracks what is due, but statutory filing is not included. Ask about higher plans during your demo if you want filing handled.
Is payroll connected to attendance and leave?
Yes. Attendance and leave feed payroll, so the pay run uses the same data your team already records and nothing is copied between systems.
Can I run payroll for contract workers too?
Yes. Contract workforce pay and records sit alongside your employees in the same platform.
